It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the proof is correct in all areas. Please make sure to double-check for misspellings, grammatical errors and any layout or design errors before approving proof. If a proof containing errors is approved by the client, the client is responsible for payment of all original costs of printing (screens, setup charges, any substrates) including corrections, additional design fees and reprints. The client is 100% responsible for approvals of copyright, trademark and licensing agreements of artwork.
Client's signature on design proof approval is contractually binding for payment of all services rendered. All designs must be approved by the client with an authorized signature before a job will be revised or entered into production.
